Job Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, this is a collaborative role responsible for the end-to-end coordination and clinical support of the Beginnings Adoption Program. The position balances high-level program oversight with direct case management, requiring the worker to facilitate client meetings, consult on complex risk issues, and ensure all activities comply with provincial adoption legislation. As a “big picture” facilitator, you will support adoptive families from application through placement, while assisting with the administrative preparation of legal documents for the Ministry and Courts.
