This documentary explores the lives of families impacted by open adoption. They share their stories of heartbreak, strength, and hope as they move through the process of making choices based on the best interests of their child, attempting to minimize adoption losses, maintain important relationships and provide opportunities to have access to necessary truths.
This film intends to be educational as it examines the many possibilities available for negotiating openness whether in the form of letter, phone calls or face to face visits, parents navigate their relationships over time.
This is a Beginnings' fundraiser, with all proceeds going to Beginnings Family Services.
The cost is $40 for private use and $80 for agency use (plus any mailing costs).
