Education Programs

Beginnings views education as the cornerstone for building strong families.

Adoptive parents and those interested in becoming embryo donors or recipient parents, attend our seminars to learn about the unique issues their future families will face. Seminars and workshops also provide information on the importance of openness and practical ways to manage an open relationship. Former Beginnings families, birth parents, adoptees come back to share their stories on panels and workshops to help others learn from their experience.

Our partners in the schools program offers adolescents a chance to talk about healthy relationships and how to make positive choices for themselves.

Programs are offered at our 4 locations based on the needs of the clients in that community. Pre and post natal courses, parenting and life skills groups, single parents support groups are offered to build on client’s strengths, and ultimately to help children be well parented.
