To register indicates intent to pursue adoption through Beginnings. When you register, we open a file for you and send you our newsletter, published three times per year. To register with Beginnings: • Print and complete the Registration Form • Print and sign the Services Agreement. • Return both forms to us along with your $150 registration fee.
